Are your products really all-natural?

Yes. Every product is made using natural, high-quality ingredients—sourced as pure and organic as possible. I never use harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or synthetic fillers.

Do you make everything yourself?

I do! Each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and attention to detail.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. My skincare line was born out of my own struggle with eczema, so every formula is designed to be gentle, soothing, and nourishing—even for sensitive skin types.

How long do your products last?

Because I use natural ingredients, I recommend using most products within 6–12 months. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness.

Do you use preservatives?

Only when necessary—and always safe, skin-friendly options. Some products (like creams or lotions that contain water) require natural or gentle preservatives to keep them fresh and safe for use.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. I’m proud to say that all Nature’s Embrace products are cruelty-free and always will be.

What is the best way to store my products?

Store them in a cool, dry place with the lids tightly closed. Avoid leaving them in hot cars or direct sunlight, as natural ingredients can soften or melt.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of skincare products, I can’t accept returns once opened. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out—I want every customer to be happy with their experience.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Since everything is made fresh in small batches, slight delays can happen during busy periods, but I always do my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Are your containers recyclable?

Many of my jars and tins are recyclable—please check with your local recycling program. I’m continuously exploring more sustainable packaging options to reduce waste and care for our planet.
